Let's See if We Match
It all start's with a friendly chat by phone or a meet up on zoom (in person if local). I will explain my process so you can feel at ease about the website process.
Here we can also take the opportunity to create an action plan to move forward should you feel I am the right designer for you.

Let's Get To Work
I will let you know a start date, you will complete an intake form so I have all the content I need and then I will get to work.
I will check in with you at the beginning of the week letting you know when your project is scheduled and I’ll also update you on our progress at the end of the week so you feel involved every step of the way!

Time to Celebrate
A final meet will be held for a final run through and thorough checks will be carried out in preparation to launch. Once you are happy and feel ready, you can make the website live (with my help if needed).
Once launched and ready to fly solo a personalised training session will be created and handover meeting will be provided so you can feel confident to manage moving forward.
I founded KH Web design in January 2018 upon my return from working in Thailand as Sales and Marketing Manager for a luxury villa brand. It was at this time that I also became a full-time solo parent to my gorgeous little boy (not so little anymore!). So why not start a new business and family at the same time?! I knew that I wanted to build a business that enabled me to work around raising my boy, and now here I am 6 years on, doing what I love!
I'm passionate about helping fellow sole traders and small business owners take their online presence to the next level.
